Don’t worry if you are finding this hard we can talk with you and suggest ideas and put together a critical path.

I have had builders but the jobs carried out I'm not happy with

We can advise you the client the best way in which you can rectify any bad works, or works that have not been carried out to your standard, to minimise any disruption to you.

I don't understand building work

At Good Repair Guys we will liaise with you the client so that you understand what works we are carrying out and the reason why.

How long does building work take

This is a very good question, it really depends on the complexity of the works, and your vision. Once we have had the initial consultation, one of our trades people will visit you with our director of operations, to advise on cost and timescales to fit in with you the client.

I need a new kitchen how should i go about finding the right one for me

kitchen are very specific to each client, the short answer is kitchens come in all shapes and sizes, and depending on your colour scheme, work tops , lighting, handles, and design this is governed by the price. We can help you design, install and pick the right colours to compliment your home, together with the right budget

What if i need roofing work how do I arrange this

Good repair guys have a team of roofers, we will arrange a mutually convenient date and time with you to attend and look at the roof to detail what the problems are and what jobs need to be carried out. Once we have this we can then send you an estimate for the work. We also will be able to supply scaffolding and our team will be able to advise on health and safety.

What happens if I need my house painted but it's full of furniture

This depends on how much furniture you have and if people are living in the property, it is much better to have an empty home, however this is not always possible. When we visit your home we will advise on what items will need to be moved, if furniture etc have to stay, then we will endeavour to make sure that everything is covered together with all flooring in a professional manner.

What about colours for painting do you advise on this

The answer is yes we do, we would look at the style of your home, and understand your vision, then together we could work out colour schemes, to showcase your home in the best light.

If I'm a landlord and want to use your services what should I do

For landlords we offer specific packages, from full maintenance to light maintenance. We can liaise with tenants, arrange times, hold keys, and ascertain what the problems are. We can also generate mini condition reports for you as the landlord and even carry out regular checks on the property.
